Thisis exceedingly frustrating. Not only am I trying to run it in Windows 11, I'm trying to run it on ARM. What's frustrating is that the driver is just the FTDI D2XX driver repackaged. They don't need to have their own driver. They could just use whatever FTDI D2XX driver is installed on the system.

Regarding the issue with the USB blaster, as mention by ak6dn there will be issues regarding installing the USB blaster in Windows 11 because It is not officially supported yet by Intel. We cannot sure that it will 100% works in windows 11. As for work around to troubleshoot the issue, you can follow the instruction from the link that I have attached below.

I downloaded Quartus Prime 22.1 today, and the provided Blaster driver still is refused for an expired certificate. How can Intel afford to provide drivers with expired certificates? For more than a year, the driver installation requires jumping through hoops and searching driver patches for the most current versions of your toolchain.

Bad Image

%hs is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x

I had installed Quartus Prime 22.1 prior to Quartus Prime 18.1. I encountered the unrecognised driver issue as well. I have tried to fix it with the solution from @Roger36 to no success. Hence the rolling-back to Quartus 18.1.

To my surprise, during the installation for 18.1, I was prompted with the install USB driver checkbox. I then continued with the installation. When the FPGA is connected, the driver should be installed under JTAG cables in the device manager.

I love starch blaster because it's an easy, fast way to get a healthy, plant-based, vegan meal in a hurry. I don't always have time to meal prep or batch cook or think about what I want to eat, so this meal is a lifesaver! You just choose your starches, a few spices, add water, and pop it into your Instant Pot or pressure cooker. It is that fast and easy.

I love to throw the ingredients into the pressure cooker right before I do a workout or house chores and once I'm done, it's ready to go. You can season it however you like - so whatever you're in the mood for just add to the pot. This stew is very forgiving! If you didn't add enough water or spices, you can always add them after it's done cooking. Still need an oomph? Top it with some Well Your World Sriracha . THE SKY'S THE LIMIT folks!

Operating under the same principles as laser weaponry and firing at least partially by means of magnetic induction, blasters converted energy-rich gas to a glowing particle beam that could pierce and melt through targets.[2] They came in a variety of sizes and shapes, including blaster pistols, blaster rifles,[5] reconfigurable blasters,[6] scatterblasters,[7] shock blasters,[8] ion blasters,[9] percussive cannons,[10] heavy repeater cannons,[11] repeating blasters,[9] and blaster cannons.[12] Blaster artillery could also be attached on droids[13] and vehicles.[14] They could deliver variable levels of damage intensity, from stun to kill settings.[15] Several blasters like the Satine's Lament[9] and the Glie-44 blaster pistol were named after individuals.[16] Several blasters were also hybrids with melee weapons like the bo-rifle,[17] the blaster spear,[18] and Ketsu's staff.[19]

Blaster bolts could also deliver a variable degree of concussive force on impact, which could potentially cause additional damage around the impact area, depending on the hardness level and density of the target. As such, some blaster hits could cause bleeding instead of burning, or could do both, with the force of the impact being enough to rupture organs and break bone, especially if the target is armored in any way. Despite their blazing concussive blasts, those ranged energized particle weapons could be countered by magnetic seals and deflector shields.[15] The blade of a lightsaber could also deflect incoming blaster bolts.[15] In the Security Forces of Naboo, some blasters were equipped with ascension guns.[20] Some blasters could fire low-powered training bolts characterized by their orange color.[21]

Blaster bolts came in different colors. Red was the most common color, and was made from cheaper gas. This color was used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Rebel Alliance, the Galactic Empire,[30] and the First Order.[31] Blue was used by the Galactic Republic, and the Resistance.[32] Green was used by Naboo Security Forces,[30] and the Umbarans, as well as the Starfighter Corps of the Galactic Empire. This was a more expensive and more powerful type of blaster gas.[33] Yellow was used by Mandalorians.[30] Purple was used by the Geonosian Starfighters, the Malevolence, and most notably the Magna Guards.[34] Purple was also used by the Techno Union octuptarra tri-droid variants on the planet Skako Minor.[35] Orange was used by the Marksman-H training remote and training droids on Kamino as a low power and non-lethal type of blaster bolt. Cyan was a low-powered version of the blue blaster bolt that was used by clone cadets in their training sessions against training droids.[36]

Kyber crystals were normally used to power lightsabers, but could also be used to power other weapons. People had tried to make kyber bombs and kyber blasters, and there were a few weapons like a lightsaber rifle, of that kind in the Jedi Archives.[37]

@Furajir Did you change the bindings on the controller? If so, try pressing the original button for Force attack once, then using the button you've re-bound to actually shoot the blaster. This is a known issue:

I had the same one. Make sure that the F key is bound to its original binding. No other key besides F will work to fire your blaster in this tutorial. You must use the F key to fire your blaster. No other keybinding will work.

Only the F key for Force attack will work. You must have Force attack bound to the F key. That's the key you have to use to fire your blaster. No other key binding will work for firing the blaster. I know how you feel, it's extremely annoying that EA still hasn't fixed that bug.
