COMING SOON: ADICLUB POINTS REDEMPTION

We know you've been waiting for this! Effective from 20 September 2023, you will be able to use your adiClub points on even more of what you love. Get ready for exclusive vouchers, partner offers, and other benefits as and when they become available.
Currently, you earn 10 points for every SGD 1 spent in the Eligible Channels, and points can only be used to move up through the different levels. Effective from 20 September 2023, for every SGD 1 spent in the Eligible Channels, you will earn 7 Level Points and 7 Points to Spend. Level Points will still only be used to move from one adiClub level to the next, but you will now also earn Points to Spend, which you can use to redeem vouchers, partner offers, and other benefits as and when they become available.
1. Changes to Level Points and Levels
Although we have reduced the number of Level Points for each SGD 1 spent from 10 to 7, we have also reduced the number of points required to move to each adiClub level. So the same $ amount of purchase will move you to the next level as before the change was made.
SGD 1 = 10 Points
Level 1: 0-999 (SGD 0-99.90)
Level 2: 1,000-3,999 (SGD 100-399.90)
Level 3: 4,000-9,999 (SGD 400-999.90)
Level 4: >=10,000 (>=SGD 1,000)
SGD 1 = 7 Points
Level 1: 0-699 (SGD 0-99.80)
Level 2: 700-2,799 (SGD 100-399.80)
Level 3: 2,800-6,999 (SGD 400-999.80)
Level 4: >=7,000 (>=SGD 1,000)
As a result of this change, your account may be updated to the new Level Points system and you may be automatically moved to the next adiClub level and receive a voucher in your adiClub account prior to 20 September 2023.
What’s more, when we update your account to reflect the new Level Points, we will automatically reward you with the same number of Points to Spend!
Please note that, during the system update, points earned may not be captured by our system. Please contact adidas Customer Services here
with the required proof to redeem the Points for your purchases or interactions within 30 days from the date of your purchase or interaction.
2. Changes to the adiClub Terms and Conditions
With this new update, there are some changes to the adiClub Terms & Conditions, so please ensure that you familiarise yourself with these terms. By logging in or signing in to your account from 20 September 2023, and by continuing to use adiClub from 20 September 2023, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the revised adiClub Terms and Conditions (as updated from time-to-time). |
