Livestock scales are weight measuring scales used to measure weights of farm animals like horses, sheep and other cattle animals. These scales are designed in such a way so as to provide accurate weight reading and also handle the weight of the animals being weighed. This design is restricted to small and medium sized animals.

Generally, livestock scales that are water resistant must be used as these scales are bound to be subjected to animal waste and exposure to other water related conditions at farms.
