Job Title          :   .Net Lead
Location          :   Austin ,TX
Duration         : 12 Month 
Rate                  :  $53/Hr

 

 Scope of Project :
*Application developing, coding, debugging, testing, fixing and documentation
*Provide regular status reports of work performed to the Project Technical Lead or Project Manager
*Uses Microsoft SourceSafe for code configuration management
*Write code using MS C# and ASP.net
*May write code in Javascript
*Write LINQ and SQL statements
*Write unit tests using NUnit
*Will provide knowledge transfer to Client staff
*Other duties as assigned
 
To Qualify you must meet or exceed the requirements below:
 
Minimum Requirements:
Years  Skills/Experience
6         Experience in systems analysis, design, development and implementation of application software
6         Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development
6         Experience using MS SQL Server database
6         Experience developing SQL statements
3         Consistent experience developing web-based business applications with ASP.NET and C# using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2008                                      (or later)
3         Experience using source control systems (such as SourceSafe)
 
Preferences:
Years   Skills/Experience
1          Experience creating automated unit tests with NUnit or similar product
1          Experience using Microsoft Visio
2          Experience integrating systems using disparate levels of technology (legacy to modern)
3          Experience using XML
2          Experience using CSS in an ASP.NET environment
            Thorough knowledge of IT/IS software development methodologies and standards
            Expert skill in communicating technical information effectively
 
Proficient skill in:
•           Setting goals and objectives that support overall project goals, anticipating and adjusting for problems and roadblocks
•           Analyzing and organizing technical data
•           Prioritizing and organizing work assignments
•           Working with limited supervision
•           Working with diverse teams
 
One or more of the following Microsoft Certifications:
•           Microsoft Certified Application Developer
•           Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
•           Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist : .Net Framework 2.0 Web
             Applications
•           Microsoft Certified Professional Developer : Web Developer
