I have been place into a training for the week to help fill the class.  I will hopefully be able to come and join in during lunch (but I don’t know when we are breaking).  Therefore, I will not be able to fulfill my duty for this meeting.

Ok – I’ll pencil you in for “Gamemaster” since you don’t know when/if you can join us.  The “Gamemaster” will lead the group in a simple word game.  That way if you can’t make it, I’ll just lead the game.
