Here is the latest fleet news from Reading Buses.

 

 

Reading Buses

410 went away for repaint into Hospital park&ride livery (ex ruby 10) on 14 April.

415/417 returned from interior refurbishment on 11/15 April, returning to service on 13/17 April and completing the Oxfordshire pink refurbishment project.

721 returned from refurbishment and repaint into sky blue 15/16 livery on 10 April, followed by 720/22 on 11 April, 714/16/18/19 on 18 April, 715 on 1 May, and 717 is expected on 7 May, and all are stored at Greenham pending the yellow 26 vehicle launch freeing up yard space.

 

207 was withdrawn on 19 February and 218 on 8 April.

 

212/218 have been sold to Chartwell Bus Sales departing on 8 April, followed by 207 and 806 on 27 April. 207 was noted going to an operator in Northern Ireland.

 

213 and 1211 remain on site pending departure for new owners.

 

 

Newbury & District

650 gained a full wrap for ‘The Connection’ on 24 April which is the new name for the business park established at the Vodafone HQ site. The route number for the shuttle bus service changed from V1 to C2S from 1 April.

 

 

Thames Valley Buses

1009 was withdrawn on 4 April, and returned to Dawson Rentals on 28 April.

 

129, 130 remain on site for sale, and 191 stored for Dawson Rentals.
