Dear all,

Here’s the latest from the Reading Buses group of companies:

Reading Buses

214 returned from hybrid conversion on 10 June, being exchanged for the final example 212 that day.

219 remains away for refurbishment.

520 went on loan to Cardiff Bus on 21 June for the summer season.

807 gained Hanover destination displays on 28 June, ex Mobitech.

700-5 remain SORN, and 1415-17 out of use.

Newbury & District

No news this month.

Thames Valley Buses

659 was repainted into Thames Valley Maidenhead route 16 livery (ex plain white), returning on 7 June.

660 went for repaint into Thames Valley Maidenhead route 16 livery on 28 June.

127, 968, 969 have been sold to Ensignbus (dealer).

In May’s update I said that 663 was previously in Courtney green & white due to a copy and paste error, it was of course purple & white.
