Here are the latest fleet updates from February 2021.
Reading Buses
408 went away for repaint into generic silver (ex Greenwave) on 11 February.
201 re-entered service on 12 February.
205 returned from an extended period away for repairs to its electric system on 10 February, but has yet to return to service. It becomes the last vehicle to retain the old yellow 26 livery.
760 returned from loan to Courtney Buses on 8 February.
176-78, 381, 520, 701-5 remain SORN, and 21-26, 134, 357, 380, 536/7, 781-2, 807-9 out of use.
Newbury & District
840 was sold to PC Coaches, Lincoln following the end of a contract for Newbury College, departing on 15 February.
4 made its way back from storage in Reading to Newbury on 5 February, but remaining out of use.
4 (on loan from Reading), 179 (on loan from reserve), 852/53, 1407/8/9 remain out of use.
Courtney Buses
760 was returned to Reading Buses on 8 February.
137 has been repainted plain white pending return to Dawson Rentals. 136 is to follow. 139 remains on site pending return.
