All Club Team Managers and Coaches are Responsible for their players to have a signed waiver (online or paper) on file with Total Sports Complex prior to their first game. If a player without a signed waiver is involved in any type of incident at Total Sports all responsibility will fall on that players Club Team, Manager, Coach.
