Subject: Total Soccer and Shin Guard Policy
To: <jennyl....@gmail.com>

Hello Total Soccer players,

It is Total Soccer's policy that shin guards must be warn at all times during your games.  Many people have been taking advantage of this rule, but we have informed all of our staff that if a player is not wearing shin guards then he or she will not be able to play in the match.

Please pass this on to all your teammates and substitutes.  Long socks must be worn over the guards as well for the protection of you and other players.  If a player continues to try and play without shin guards their team may be issued a two minute penalty.

Sincerely,
Steven Bach
Soccer Manager
