Required Skills:
7+ Years PRO5 or related Business Basic experience
Excellent Verbal & Written skills to work with 3rd party vendors

Plus Skills:
EDI, AIX are plus skills

Summary of the Job Description:
Summary of Duties:
* Position is a fast-paced, multi-project oriented, low profile position
* Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.

* Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs.
* Modifies and maintains software programs written by others
* Provides weekly and monthly reports to the Software Manager
