Looking for PMO (Projects) experts with minimum 5 years of experience & who are immediate joiners or who can join within 1 month max with below mentioned skills. All skills are mandatory.

PMO aspects in Project Management:
1. PMP process (Project Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling & closure)
2. Project assurance & auditing activities for each of the phases of project life cycle.
3. Project risk & issues management
4. Project status tracking in terms of schedule against planned activities
5. Information & data security risk Management-compliance activities status tracking
6. Project closure activities
7. Resources onboarding & offboarding
8. Managing project activities in the tool like ServiceNow/or any other relevant tool
9. Producing project status reports (planned vs actuals status, financial status reporting)

PMO aspects in Project Financial management:
1. Project Budget
2. Estimation
3. Forecasting
4. Actuals/cost tracking on monthly basis
   a. Timesheet & resource cost tracking
b. Invoice tracking
c. Accruals posting (in line with PO/PR)
d. Co-ordination with vendors
e. Co-ordination with accounts team
f. Co-ordination with Contracts and procurement team
g. Advanced excel, Power BI
