EY LLP is hiring IT project managers who will be based out of Bangalore location & willing to join immediately within a month. Please find the details below -
Job Description:

1)Manage and deliver complex and large scale IT/digital projects/programs with global clients
2)Establish new or improve existing programme delivery methodology to deliver the programme goals
3)Shape programmes with ambiguous scope and uncertain delivery approach
4)Create and track plans to deliver the programme goals, including the technical implementation plan, ensuring colleagues and stakeholders across client functions are kept up-to-date
5)Be able to foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process, facilitate discussion and manage escalations
6)Be able to understand a technical architecture to be able to foresee the impact on dependencies, delivery timelines and implementation plans
7)Have good knowledge of IT best practices and implementations to appreciate delivery challenges
8)Knowledge of SDLC Lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
9)Knowledge of SCM fundamentals incl. Logistics, Supply/Demand Planning, Manufacturing or Procurement


Requirement/Qualification:

1)Minimum 2+ years exp. post MBA or 5+ years exp. post BE/BTech having enterprise IT or Digital project / program management experience
2)Have Experience of building credible relationships and influencing senior management & leadership teams
3)Strong Project, Stakeholder & Programme management skills
4)Exceptional reporting skills for programs and financial forecasting
5)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
6)PMP/Prince2/CSM/CSPO certification (any one is must)
7)Experience with CPG/Retail/Ecomm/Technology/Pharma industries 
8)Knowledge of RPA projects will be preferred
9)Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Clarity, Plan View preferred
10)MBA preferably from Tier1 Colleges
