Must have Skills:
- 3+ year of experience in Project Management in Java, Python, C++.
- 3+ years of client interfacing experience, escalation handling and customer management.
- Agile development methodologies
- Experienced in managing different kind of projects like, developments, Sustenance and Testing (Manual and automation).
- Project Management – planning, execution, KPI tracking, client discussion and providing status internally & to client
- Self-starter, can multi-task, and has strong analytical skills.
- Experience in building the teams, mentoring and training them.
- Experience in managing the profit and loss and ensure revenue flow.
- Experience in setting up the new teams, seed the new projects.
- Experience in working on RFEs and proposals, driving the discussions for the same.
- Participate in client discussions, present the status and drive & conduct the meetings at various forums.
- Excellent cross functional skills.

Preferred Skills:
-Good if someone has the PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 certification.
