Role Details:
Role: Workday Expense Module UAT Consultant
Location: Remote / Onsite (Hauppauge, NY – Local candidates preferred)
Duration: 3–6 Months

Job Summary:
The consultant will lead and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Workday Expense module prior to production go-live. This includes validating expense report workflows, employee reimbursements, ledger postings, bank file generation (Check & EFT), security roles, and approval hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UAT strategy for Workday Expenses
Design and execute detailed UAT test cases
Validate Expense Report and reimbursement workflows
Ensure accurate GL postings and financial impacts
Test Check & EFT (ACH) payment processing workflows
Validate bank file generation and formatting
Audit Workday Security Groups and approval flows
Track and manage defects in Workday test environments
Coordinate UAT cycles with stakeholders and SMEs

Required Experience:
5+ years in Workday Financial Management ecosystem
Strong experience in Workday Expenses module
Experience in functional testing / UAT / implementation support
Strong understanding of expense workflows and financial postings
Experience with reimbursement and approval processes

Workday Financials Core
Workday Expenses
OR
Track B:
Workday Pro Financials Core
