Job Description

•              Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements.

•              Highly adept at identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating post-deployment risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the seamless delivery of scalable Data Fabric solutions.

•              Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review and retrospectives for a multi-tenant Data Platform, ensuring 100% alignment with organizational roadmaps.

•              Partner with architects and developers to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, reducing post-deployment incidents

•              Manage complex dependencies across diverse segment teams to align tool development with scalable modernization objectives.

•              Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, managing complex dependencies across cross-functional teams to align tool development with broader Data Fabric modernization objectives and  rganizational timelines.

•              Serve as the lead representative at Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, utilizing automated Cucumber/Power BI validation logs to provide data-backed risk assessments, ensuring 100% success rates for large-scale Release Train deployments.

•              Define and enforce a rigorous Definition of Done that integrated automated regression testing as a mandatory gate.
