Location: Malvern, PA/Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months with extension or possible Contract-To-Hire with Capgemini any time after 90 days

 

Job Description: Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant - CRM Dynamics Architect – Hybrid Role 

 

Responsibilities

• Provides program level architecture direction for Personal Investor CRM program
• Provides technical guidance for all customizations within Microsoft Dynamics
• Provides technical guidance for all AWS based transactional and bulk integrations
• Have high-level understanding of OED monolithic applications and provides architectural direction for all modernization efforts
• Implement architectural standards
• Clearly document and communicate architectural direction to all IT members of CRM program and outside stakeholders
• Lead technical forum for CRM program and promotes brainstorming of new architectural patterns and help to standardize new architecture patterns
• Effectively collaborate with retail, PAS, CTO, and GTO architects to promote CRM program’s technical agenda.

 

Qualifications

• This would be a senior role with 15+ years of IT experience and 5-10 years in Dynamics implementation (CRM) playing architect or senior tech lead role with solid knowledge of Microsoft Power applications, Dynamics and AWS architecture and design.

 

Required Technologies and Skills: Level 4 (8+ Years) Expert

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement(Sales, Service - Must) and knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.
• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
• Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with good technical expertise in middleware tools  ( preferably Dell Boomi)                                  
• Dynamics 365 in Online & On-Premise implementations and environments and prior versions.                                       
• Providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture                               
• Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit & SSRS                               
• Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage.                              
• Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/ API's(REST, ODATA WebAPI's) /SSIS packages.                                 
• Experience in using Azure services for integration, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems integrations.                                          
• Experience in data migration – data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third party tools                              
• Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and  knowledge on Power BI.                                 
• Good to have knowledge in latest features of Dynamics 365 platform (Sales Insights , Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc.)
