Position: Automation Test Architect // Remote

Experience : 12+ only 

Need HealthCare Experience , selenium /rest assured , BDD / TDD

Role Description :

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology developer with experience in developing scalable applications on Salesforce CRM. They must be at ease working in an Agile environment with little supervision. The person should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning.

 

Role and responsibilities 

• Perform test automation assessments and propose most suitable test automation framework and strategies.
• Provides in-depth subject matter expertise in the development of a to-be solution architecture and technology/platform selection spanning backend data testing, front-end application testing, integration testing, performance testing.
• Develop an automation testing framework (Selenium preferred) ground up using Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or other languages as applicable.
• Leads and assists with the development of automation technical roadmaps, implementation plans, and establishes the validity of technical solutions and its components with both short- and long-term implications across all sites working with client and Incedo team.
• Be a thought leader with customers and partners on the technical fundamentals of solutions.
• Generate customized reports regarding environments, builds and releases.
• Manage and lead workshops to gather user requirements and functionalities.
• Works collaboratively with testing and data engineering organizations during the technical development, launch and continuing refinement of automation solutions.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge and is regarded as a technical subject matter expert for automation testing.
• Acts as advisor to senior management and/or site partners on advanced technical applications or solutions.
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation.
• Develops technological ideas and guides their development and implementation along with ensuring key performance indicators are well defined and measurable.
• Contribute towards build and release automation script creation.
• May manage a virtual, geographically distributed team of up to 5-10 members (India and USA)
• Serves as an escalation point in case of performance issues.
• Maintains open, transparent, and friendly team atmosphere.

Technical skills requirements 

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in, 

• 10+ years of overall experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance working in the Consulting environment.
• Experience in Automation (selenium/rest assured) + continuous testing (DevOps/transformation)
• Exposure to multiple technology track like Test data management, Automation testing, Service Virtualization, AI for QA and cloud
• Extensive experience to QA automation to various tools like Selenium, Tosca, Rest Assured, etc.
• Exposure to innovative technology like Artificial Intelligence, Cloud or IoT
• Experience in DevOps / continuous testing using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Knowhow of E2E QA lifecycle with test data and environment automation
• Experience in Agile (BDD / TDD) concept
• Bachelor or Engineering / Technology / Master of Computer Application or equivalent
• Good analytical thinking and client communication skill
• Experience in automation of integration testing between Salesforce based Applications with other applications.

• Team Handling
• Flexibility to be available in PST hours.
• Healthcare domain experience

 

Qualifications 

• 10+ years of work experience in automation testing, 5+ experience in stakeholder management.
• Graduation/ Post Graduation degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC process and methodology
• Agile, Waterfall experience as a developer and a team lead
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills
