Job Title: Macess Administrator

Client: Cognizant/TriZetto
Location: Remote
Length: Until 10/31/2024 with extension

 
Macess is an older technology which is now called FIS Workflow Manager. You will likely not see these on a resume.
 
You will need to look for someone who is a TriZetto Facets Administrator or QNXT Administrator, likely they are using Macess on a daily basis but we have found they are not putting it on the resume. No visa restrictions.

 

Position Description:

The Macess Administrator will be responsible for administration of the Macess workflow management tool (now known as FIS Workflow Manager) and its integration into the TriZetto Facets claims processing platform within a major health plan client. 

 

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Be responsible for design, development, and support activities in the Macess application.
• Exhibit strong ownership and ability to work in global team environment.
• Participate in Detail Design sessions and able to identify/provide feedback on designs provided 
and implemented by others.
• Act as the technical expert/ resource, provide direction and mentoring to team members.
• Demonstrate understanding of cost of quality (correctness, usability, availability) and ensures 
customer/market quality requirements are addressed in solution requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, platform, and technology teams to define 
and develop deliverables/solutions that are scalable and reusable across the organization.
• Deliver solutions devoid of significant security vulnerabilities.
• Drive completion of deliverables that have dependencies on other people or teams ensuring an 
on-time finish with quality.
• Exhibit clear written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings, 
support fact-based recommendations, and provide appropriate detail.
 

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 
• 3-4 years of recent experience with the Macess tool (now known as FIS Workflow Manager). 
• Prior experience working with the TriZetto Facets platform highly desired.
