Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Middleware Developer with strong expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE / IIB) and IBM MQ. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions that support critical business functions.

This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of leading development efforts, solving complex technical challenges, and working within an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE / IIB).
Work with IBM MQ, DataPower, and ODM to support middleware and messaging requirements.
Lead software development activities across design, build, and test phases.
Plan, design, and launch efficient systems aligned with business and IT objectives.
Support and troubleshoot production systems, optimizing performance and resolving issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Act as a technical lead, consulting across multiple projects and initiatives.
Provide guidance, tools, and technical direction to junior developers.
Apply best practices in SDLC, software design, and design patterns.
Collaborate with stakeholders during requirements gathering and analysis.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality components with minimal supervision.
