• Strong React.js and Next.js experience is required

• Experience optimizing rendering, JavaScript execution, caching, images, and network performance
• Must be proficient with performance analysis tools (Lighthouse, DevTools, WebPageTest, PageSpeed Insights)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
