Position:Business Analyst
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii. Will have to sit on site.
Top Skills Details: Data Mapping old legacy data to new core FIS cloud application, troubleshooting data issues and finding solutions, writing test scripts for UAT testing before application go into production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Needs to be able to work independently but will have mentors to help when needed, need to be resourceful, have good attention to detail, good documentation skills as they will be mapping out processes within data flows and translating them to test scripts.
Business Challenge: CPC is an upgrade from legacy to cloud to increase efficiency and optimization for customers
Who is the Internal/External Customer?: Internal: Digital Banking Team and branch workers
External: All FHB customers
Impact to the Internal/External Customer: Internal: The backend process for processing applicants for checking, savings etc will be streamlined, easier, and much for efficient for internal bank employees
External: The customer experience will be more efficient and digitalized vs manual. Mobile banking will be much quicker in the cloud
Work Environment: Small tech team of 5, close knit, very supportive. Will sit at KIC
