JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team In this role you will lead the design development and deployment of scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies You will mentor junior developers collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure best practices in software engineering

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using Java Spring Boot and frontend frameworks like Angular or React

Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on performance and security

Collaborate with Product Managers UX Designers and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality features

Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and mentor team members

Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools

Ensure integration with RESTful APIs databases and third-party services

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack

Stay UpToDate with emerging technologies and industry trends

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science engineering or related field

8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot

5 years of experience in frontend development using Angular React or Vuejs

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP

Experience with CICD pipelines Git Docker and Kubernetes

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and, in a team,

Excellent communication and leadership skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NoSQL databases MongoDB Cassandra

Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code

Prior experience in leading agile teams and managing sprints

Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools
