Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid-3 days a week)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Product Owner to lead AI/ML initiatives within the high-tech industry, focusing on smart automation, predictive analytics, personalization engines, or intelligent system optimization. You will be responsible for shaping the vision and execution of cutting-edge AI solutions embedded in platforms, devices, or digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines product ownership skills with a solid understanding of data science workflows and cloud-native development. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for AI/ML features within high-tech solutions
  • Translate business, customer, and technology needs into detailed user stories and a prioritized backlog.
  • Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and UX teams to design and deliver intelligent capabilities.
  • Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and cloud-ready AI solutions using GCP Vertex AI
  • Drive experimentation and iterative development through A/B testing, model benchmarking, and performance tracking.
  • Engage with stakeholders across product, engineering, business, and customer success teams to gather feedback and define measurable KPIs.
  • Support go-to-market teams in positioning AI-driven features and communicating business value. 

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, or Technical Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment.
  • Experience managing data-driven or AI/ML projects end-to-end in Agile environments.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define APIs, data pipelines, and architecture requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business requirements and user outcomes.
  • Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile project tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
