What do you guys think of the below idea?

Note this is for City environments only where daily parking is $20+ and parking space is so premium that they really cram the cars very close. Especially those multi story car parks where you get dizzy driving up/down 7 floors.

"An automated valet which will park the car"

A small motorized device which moves along black&white marked lines to carry/pull car into/out of parking lots(especially multi-floor, garages with very tight spots).

I researched the current market and all the solutions are about constructing a parking garage with  automation. Which means the solutions are extremely expensive and existing garage have to be completely reconstructed to take advantage of them.

I have a design in mind which should cost about $10/device to the parking garage owner and does not require any changes to the parking garage except for sticking some black&white markings to guide the device. Since the device works day and night the cost should be recovered in 3-4 months. Each garage owner will perhaps buy more than 1 device.

I can discuss the design once i see interest.

Ofcourse one time device development cost is going to relatively huge compared to the end product cost.
