Marketplace for mobile providers

The below idea is "location aware marketplace for mobile providers". It is a phone application.

A marketplace brokers connection between provider and consumer e.g. eBay 

Provider: Open the app and click "Available" and pick duration e.g. "for next 30 min".

Provider has preconfigured the offering. I.e. "3 seater auto", "ice golawala" etc.

Consumer: Open app and pick a category to search for providers. e.g. "Taxi to wonderland for 3", "ice goal". App shows all providers nearby. Consumer can notify provider ("potential customer" along with optional msg") by selecting a specific provider.

Current location is automatically detected in case of both provider and consumer.

I can implement the idea if someone wants to do it. I will co-invest if required. But don't want to implement one more idea and then not find any buyer.
