POSITION

Salesforce Technical Architect

Dallas TX (Locals only – In Person Interview) – Onsite work

12+ months contract

F2F interview is mandatory after 1^st round

As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.

Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is recommended. Expert proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is required.

You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead architectural discussions to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance the architecture framework.

Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct regular reviews of architecture designs to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
