Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term

Job Description – Business Systems Analyst (Wealth Management)

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the Wealth Management / Financial Services domain.
• Proven understanding of wealth management platforms, including advisory, brokerage, trading, portfolios, account onboarding, and reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and complex querying.
• Solid background in ETL and data warehousing concepts, including source-to-target mapping and data validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data requirements for development teams.
• Support UAT, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and post-implementation support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
