Colleagues--as we plan to meet, it may be worthwhile to use this forum
to discuss the kind of criteria that could be used to identify
leadership of the county at all levels. What qualities should would be
leaders have? These are namely:
GOVERNOR, SENATOR, SPEAKER OF THE ASSEMBLY, COUNTY REPRESENTATIVES,
COUNTY EXECUTIVE COMM MEMBERS, COMMUNITY LEADERS.
