We are looking for volunteers to assist in hanging the show for the
Benefit and for working the Benefit itself. Please contact me if you
are interested.


Sat May 15, 12-5 Accepting artwork

Sun May 16, 5-9 Accepting artwork (Rodrigo)
6-9 Spackling and painting walls (1 extra
volunteer)

Mon May 17 10-2 Arranging space, laying down paper, unwrapping
artwork (Ellie Irons and Adam Distenfeld)
12-? Layout

Tues May 18 12-6 Hanging show (2 volunteers)

Wed May 19 6-10 Hanging show (Julia Sinelnikova + 1 volunteer)

Thurs May 20 5-10 Hanging signs, numbering (2 volunteers)
Double checking and typing art list/
miscellaneous (1 volunteer)

Night of Benefit

Door: 1 person (7-10:30)
Bar: Danielle + 1 person (7-10:30)
Merch table: 2 people (7:30-10)
Orders (write up receipt for artwork and take money): 2 people
(7:30-10:30)
Wrappers: 3 people (8-11)
Clean-up: 2-3 people (10-12)

I'm going to be there the whole night of the benefit, so you can put
me down for any tasks you need - maybe merch or wrapping, and then
clean-up, I really don't mind.

I'm covered for Sunday and Monday. I have a volunteer for Tuesday and
could use another.

I can be Amy and run the sales table if you need. Hold down the fort
as it were.

There's so much going on at the bar, especially if the beer is in kegs and
not bottles. What is the status of that? When will they be dropping off?
