Hi all

I was about to post a Call to Artists on NYFA when I noticed their fee
for a 2 week listing has gone up from $30 to $70 - is it still worth
it?

Please weigh in on if you think we should spend that money reaching
out to artists.

Sucky! In that case I vote no - we have no evidence that the NYFA
listing has yielded anything in the past, and $70 is substantial...
but if other folks feel differently I'm not strongly opposed.

Actually, one amendment - last year it was $32 to list for one week,
and $55 for two weeks. We listed for 1 week. This year, there is no 1
week option, and 2 weeks is $70. I think NYFA is a great resource but
I think we do so well with other outreach that its not going to be
terrible to skip it, and $70 is a lot (but then again, its only the
cost of 2 listings), and we usually have a policy of not paying for
advertising.

Not paying is much better option than paying.
