Hi folks

We have some new volunteers from Bunnings joining the long-term film
crew

Bobby Ronayne - Maya artist
Ken Carson - Roustabout
Sheryl Rankin - Website
John Millthorpe - Lighting
Ian Orchard - Lab Manager

If anyone else wants to join the film crew for after Ellerlie, please
contact me. We need all kinds of skills from Camera operators, sewing,
drivers, catering, editors, model making, researchers, comms,
fundraisers, trustees etc.

We need:
- loads of clean baked bean cans to mix paint in
- some muntted rabbit and possum skins to hang on a farm fence
- animal poo ( horse, cow, sheep, goat, rabbit)

Would someone like to host and organise the post Ellerslie wrap party
to thank all the people who helped maybe for weekend of 26-28 March.
It could be a BBQ with a wet weather backup. People could bring their
families, some food etc.

Sasha, Simon, Stef, Ryan, Ritchie, Chris and Andrew shifted the old
film set out of storage ready for pack-in

Canterbury Botsoc have donated $150 - thanks Marg

Resene are providing paints for the set - thanks Karen

5 100 litre aquariums have arrived from Masterpet - thanks Pete

Mount Campbell are loaning 4 mobile radios - Tracy is following up

MAF- Biosecurity are offering $500 sponsorship plus staff
participation - thank Matthew - Helen is following up

Water Dynamics are providing waterpumps and expertise - thanks Pete

Rob McCaw has been sourcing tatty animal heads for the musters hut -
thanks James

Matt is doing some underwater filming to go with the marine aquarium
exhibit - thanks Matt

Addington Demolition is loaning scaffolding and Ryan is picking up on
Thursday - thanks Dave and Ryan

The trophies won last year are being returned to Ellerlie organisers
tonight - Tracy, Ryan and Mike to attend the exhibitors meeting

Grant and pals from DOC have gone and loaded up the old Army hut +
rusty iron onto a flat bed trailer - ready for packin - thanks Grant

Spider rangler Simon Pollard is catching a pile of spiders to let
loose on the film set so we have lots of spider webs. - thanks Simon

Dave is loaning a car for the duration - thanks Dave
