Hi folks

Thank you Andy and friends at the Waihora Bowling Club at Motukarara
for hosting the wrap party last Friday. Bowling will never be the same
again!

The Bush Telly office is now closed for a holiday and will reopen
Monday April 19.

There is a 2 hour meeting on Tuesday April 27 for key partner
organisations to discuss the next 3 years of programmes to be made by
Bush Telly. The meeting is at Canterbury Museum.

A phone debrief is underway to learn from the Ellerslie filming. All
150 people involved including sponsors will be individually phoned
over the next month to hear what people have to say.

The Canterbury Community Trust have donated $7K for a camera. Thanks!

Editing of programmes starts in May. Unedited programmes from 2009
Conservation Week will be finished first. There will be an opportunity
for anyone who was filmed to have input into the final edits including
adding additional material.

A trial half hour magazine format programme for TV will also be made
that combines several shorter programmes together by using a
presenter. A bit like 60 minutes. This will be sent to some regional
TV stations to see if they will take it.

Bush Telly News will announce each programme as it is released to the
public.
