To phone Bush Telly during the next 2 weeks ring 027-2105-800
Please check the schedule http://www.bushtellystudio.org.nz/production/2010-ellerslie/film-schedule.html
if you are not sure about your interview time.
Entry for interviewees will be at the Exhibitor's entrance. Best way
to get there if walking is to cross the footbridge adjacent to where
Salisbury St meets Park Tce. Walk along the path with the show on
your LHS for about 300m. Someone (usually Tracy Peters) will be
there at about 10 to each hour to let you in. You need to be there
one hour before your interview for preparation for the interview
(except 10am interviews when entry will be at 9.30am). You can come
in before your scheduled time for a look around and/or stay after your
interview. Only people being interviewed or working on the stand will
be admitted through the gate, so your family/fan club will have to go
in through the normal entrance.
If you want to use the official show parking be aware this costs $5
and last year there were huge queues waiting ages to get to the car
park, so you are probably better parking elsewhere in town. From the
parking area (off Harper St) the directions are - turn left at the
entrance to go to the exhibitor entry (about 300m). From the Armagh
St entrance follow the fence in an anticlockwise direct (about 1
kilometre walk). This a link to a map of the layout - we are in the
Starlight Marquee

Be aware that the display will be somewhat dark (to be able to show
the fantastic lighting effects) and is not good for anyone who
suffers from claustrophobia, there will be no natural light.
If possible, it would be good for interviewees to wear work uniform
(films really well) , or tramping clothes but definitely no stripes,
polka dots, white or very pale clothing.
Feel free to bring a water bottle. Tracy will be able to fill water
bottles. We want to know if anyone has dietary requirements - veggie,
vegan, gluten intolerance, etc. Tracy will provide sandwiches, pies,
cookies and other goodies, water, tea and coffee, as well as throat
lozenges.
