Hi folks

New programmes
60 programmes filmed in the last 12 months are nearing completion.
Each programme just needs to be checked by the programme participants,
if necessary adding more material before the programmes get a final
edit. I will be ringing everyone to book times. So far the programmes
look and sound fantastic and will be suitable for regional TV. All
programmes will be launched around the end of September.

Animal Talk TV
All of the programmes made last year are also to be distributed via
Animal Talk TV which is on ZILN.

Recent changes at Bush Telly
Sarah Mankelow from DOC has become a trustee. Sarah will be taking
charge of publicity. Joing at the end of the month are Nicola Vallance
from Forest & Bird, and Mike Bowie and Prof Nicholas Dickinson from
Lincoln University Ecology Dept. Ryan Young and Ken Mason have stepped
down as trustees after contributing for many years.

Bush Telly Digital
This new unit has been established to support the computer needs of
Bush Telly. The unit will be run by Dave Evans and Jason Gleason.

Future filming
A recent trust meeting held at Canterbury Museum has approved a plan
to make a 24 minute pilot over the next 12 months in high def for
television. The pilot will also be distributed in the public domain as
separate mini programmes for the school curriculum, downloadable from
iTunes and played over the web.

All existing sponsors are welcome to continue their involvement. There
will be plenty of opportunities.
