I went through the paper and made some minor corrections (and promptly lost it) and cleaned up a little bit

Further to be done:

 

1. Decrease content to 8 pages

2. Chirag - will you be able to add one or two appendices showing Disney's financials where we can clearly see that Disney is losing money on someof the acquisitions and how if we remove some of the businesses they will see an increase in ROE(revenue will of course go down but they can still be at around 20% growth).  This will involve attaching two balancesheets(the current one and onewithout ABC etc.). Is this possible?  Thatwould be compelling.

3. Further proof reading (and therearesomesections I did not do anything about).

 

I wont be able to do much further during the day. but please keep me posted via officemail.

I added the Implementation Plan portions of the presentation.  I dont think I will be able to do anything more on this because I cant send such a large file out of my work account.

 

Can you guys will in your portions? I think once the paper is done, the presentation can be just a guide to the paper and we are done.

I have attached the 'Financial analysis' part. I think it is evident from ATO, EBIT margin & Leverage multiplier that expansion was in wrong direction. Please read it....Although, it is not polished.. ;-) .... I wld work on it & remove some unnecessary parts...

 

If s'one can send the latest 'paper', I can add the finance part at proper place.

 

I will work on my part of ppt by noon.

I have attached the "New Excel with correct graphs in "Worksheet 2"...please use this one if u need it for some reason...earlier one had some mistakes....

 

Also, I prepared 3 slides with graphs & with some logical Disney character...

 

...now I am waiting for 'Sharon's final paper...based on it...I will make the "Justification" slide.. & enter my financial analysis in paper..based on available space...
