Class updates...

Hello all,

I am looking forward to our class tomorrow night. We will be building on the first two factors to improve our ability to develop strategy.

For those of you who are taking the class for a grade I wanted to clarify a few things. You will need to turn in a 3 to 5 page paper one week after the last class. Your paper should demonstrate an understanding of the8factors and how they connect to create a framework. You can:

1. write about your existing business, 

2. a future business, 

3. if you don't have a business or a business idea you can  write about the factors and how they are linked together. 

The financials can be done on one page, I don't need more detail beyond the 5 lines unless it is useful for you. Regarding the other factors, 1 to 3 paragraphs should be fine. You can use the tools and materials on the site if you like or you can just use them a reference. 

If you have any questions just let me know. I am not expecting a detailed understanding but I am expecting to see evidence that you understand the  framework and it's merits.
