Hello all,

I hope your holiday was a good one. 

If anyone would like office hours I can come down early on Tuesday, July 10. Just let me know. I can do 20 mins an appt., starting at 5? I will do the same July 17.

Pick a time, we can meet in the classroom to keep things simple. I will publish the schedule late Monday night.

I will also focus my examples in the next classes on smaller companies since that is the make-up of the class.

I am also attaching a packet that show the 8 factors at work, I think an example is always helpful. It also includes a SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)  analysis which is an important part of Strategy.

I am also attaching a 5 forces article if you want to go deeper into that subject.
