[ANNOUNCE] dbus-broker v35

Hi

We just released v35. It is a bug-fix release with a single fix for a
bug introduced in v34, causing startup/reload failures if corrupt
configuration files are present on the system. Everyone using v34 is
recommended to upgrade.
