· Your Preliminary Outline should be no more than four pages (double-spaced, 12 point font) in length. No more than two additional pages should be used to outline your Completion Plan – what further research and tasks are needed to complete the final project, who will do them, and time lines for completion. You may wish to put your Completion Plan in the form of a chart. Exhibits and appendices are not included in these page limits but must be referenced in the body of the report and only contain supporting data. References pages (works cited, bibliography) are also in addition to the page limits.
· Your group can determine the structure (order, headings, subheadings, etc.) in which you wish to organize your submission.
· All submissions must include proper APA in-text citation as well as a works cited/references page. Referencing is a critical part of any written submission in this course. Failure to adequately cite will result in penalties and a possible mark of 0 (zero).
The submission instructions:
A hard copy must be submitted to the boxes outside P1002 no later than 12 NOON on Friday, February 3rd, 2012 or a mark of zero will be given for this assignment.
· Be sure that your report is stapled and/or in a report cover;
· Be sure to include with your assignment a copy of the Project Outline Rubric contained on the next page of this document.
2. An electronic copy of the assignment must be submitted to turnitin.com no later than 11:59pm on Friday, February 3rd, 2012 or a mark of zero will be given for this assignment.
· Turnitin instructions are available on the course website.
· Be sure to obtain and keep your submission receipt from turnitin.com so that you have proof of time and date of submission. No other proof of submission will be accepted.
3. Each group member must complete a peer evaluation on the course website no later than 11:59pm on Friday, February 3rd, 2012.
· Late peer evaluations will result in a 10% mark penalty if you are less than three days late in submitting them, with an additional 10% penalty added for every day after that to a maximum of 30%. Note that this penalty can reduce your final mark in the course by as much as one grade point.
