• (Yokesha) A one-page current overview of the business industry you are studying
• (Ping He)A listing of research papers you will be reviewing to conduct your environmental analysis
• (Sampson) A brief description of the four PEST factors you have identified (one from each Category: ie. one Political Factor, one Economic Factor, one Social factor, and one Technological factor), and how they impact your industry & region
• (Genesis) A brief description of the single most powerful force within the Five Forces model you have identified (you will cover all forces for your final report, but here we only expect you to cover one)
• (Yiran) The estimated size of your business industry
• (Helen) Completion Plan
