Access to django-bursar

My company has a new project about to begin development for which we
will need to process payments. We've toyed with the ideas of pulling
payments out Satchmo or rolling our own, but bursar seems like a far
better solution if it suits our needs.

We're interested in getting access to bursar and contributing any code
developed back to the project. Please let me know how we can gain
access to the source/repo.
