The Department of Law at Aarhus School of Business invites applications
for a 3 year PhD scholarship in the research area International tax
law, starting 1st October 2006 or later. The position is expected to be
co-financed by Foreningen af Statsautoriserede Revisorer (FSR) and
Forsknings- og Innovationsstyrelsen (FIST), and therefore the project
will be submitted to both these for approval.

As part of the PhD scholarship the applicant will be enrolled in a PhD
programme comprising a number of courses within the relevant research
area. The Aarhus School of Business is participating in the newly
created Law Research School and most courses must be taken in this
School. The applicants are required to teach in the department study
programmes. Furthermore, we expect that PhD scholars participate in
activities arranged by the department.

application including a full CV, a copy of the applicant's M.Sc.
certificate, a description of their research project (max. 10 pages) in
