Tuition Fee Scholarships for International Postgraduate Coursework

What's offered?
The School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at the
University of Queensland offers full or half Scholarships in Master
degrees by coursework in the following engineering and IT programs:
Master of Engineering (Biomedical, Embedded Systems, Electrical,
Electricity Market, RF and Microwave, Software, Systems,
Telecommunications), Master of Information Technology, Master of
Interaction Design, Master of Science (Computer Science). These
Scholarships cover tuition fees for one year standard study load (two
teaching semesters).
The value of these scholarships for 2006 are up to AU$11,600.00 per
semester to AU$23,200.00 maximum for full scholarships, and up to
AU$5,800.00 per semester to a maximum of AU$11,600.00 for half
Scholarships. The awards are subject to satisfactory achievement each
semester. There are no bonding conditions attached to these
Scholarships.
Each Scholarship covers Program tuition fees, but does NOT provide for:
* Overseas student health cover
* Living allowances
* Books or other study requisites
* Tuition fees for repeating failed courses
Please note: you must have already submitted an application to study at
The University of Queensland, and have received at least a Conditional
Offer for one of our School`s postgraduate coursework programs prior to
applying for one of the Scholarships.
