Dear all, please find attached my comments on Hamads work. He shows a very
coherent lay out of built form and open spaces including the developoment
of the parking area beside the leisure center which shoulkd be obligatory
for all of you. He also visualizes his proposal very well. However, he
does not work on different spatial levels. Therefore, his approach to
urbanizing remains abstract in this styage and needs to be broken into
smaller units and elements. Also, he does not show alternatives yet...
however, his work is valid and to a certain extent also mature as a good
starting point for a design work to be detailed, tested and
refined...relative to local conditions and market demands.
