I have deliberately waited until the 5th March, because I had given this
date to group as an extended dead-line for completion. The first
introductory overviews of conclusions have finally been put almost onto an
equal lay out. There are locations (red circles) missing in "Land use" for
one proposal.. I think it was the first one...(?). Please check yourselves
what is missing otherwise...
But I am absolutely disappointed about the following part considering
densities... One cannot compare apples with pears.
I still do not understand the calculations...I am absolutely confused by
these graphics, I will not present them in public like they are.
It would need:
- one page of introducing into the method of putting figures together
(explaing the tabs..., percentages,... distinctions of land use ... what
is taken as a common ground for all the proposal, what are the
differences...)
- an overview over the densities in comparable lay out for all of them on
one page, like for the preceding aspects!!!
Then :
- individual proposals: absolutely equal layout for the illustrations,
colourwise and concerning the use of figures for percentages etc (no
figures written into the illustrations... no tabs cutting into the
illustrations, putting the tabs well readable on the next page, pointing
to an extract of an outcome each:
- street space (public space)
- unbuilt space (private/ common)
- built space
- amounts of space per type of land use/ selling unit;
conclusion/ equal identity figures for density:
percentage of built land
percentage of unbuilt land
units of housing (square meters)
units of offices (...)
units of public institutions (...)
Oh well, AH
