No sales messages please

In the last few months there has been a fairly large number of messages
regarding sales of various items that people have tried to post to this
group.  Some of them have been bike-related, and some have not.  My
guess is that at least some of them are from people who are not actually
members of the Burlington walk-bike community, but it's hard to tell. 
In any case, I and the other moderators have been rejecting these
messages as not appropriate for this forum.  Please don't take it
personally if your message was rejected.  There are plenty of platforms
for selling stuff and this does not need to be one of them.
