Hi all —

As with any BWBC meeting, this event will be open to anyone to attend—and you can choose to join us for only the ride, only the social hour, or both! Please RSVP for the ride here: https://forms.gle/1YcSV2sduUesnKiC9

The next BWBC Walk Bike Meeting will be a little different: we will be going on a bike ride across Burlington, and following up with a social hour at Local Motion HQ afterwards to debrief! We aim to connect advocates across Chittenden County to socialize and discuss advocacy for low-stress bike connections between our communities.

We will meet on August 6th at 5:30 PM at Local Motion (1 Steele St) and will head out on a slow-paced bike ride during which we will discuss interesting infrastructure designs and opportunities in the Burlington area. (approximately 5:30-6:30 PM). Local Motion can provide a limited number of bikes and e-bikes to people who RSVP early, or who are coming from out of town.

A wrap-up discussion and social hour (with food and drinks!) with guided conversations about regional bike connections. (approximately 6:30-7:30 PM, or however long discussion lasts).

Hope to see you there!
Jack

This Wed., Aug 6, instead of the regular BWBC meeting we'll be meeting up at 5:30 at Local Motion (1 Steel St - the Wing Building off King St on the waterfront) for a short group bike ride followed by discussion and social hour.  See more description below.  RSVPs are requested but not required via https://forms.gle/A8gPvqEZgd5Mm3ux9 (the link below does not work).

See you there!

Erik
