Portland Breweries Tour

Hey Burlington BREWERS!

I wanted to send along an invite to a brewery tour the Green Mountain
Mashers are hosting later this month. Important note is that the
block of rooms are only being held until this Saturday, March 10th,
and sign up for the trip ends on March 13th. Here are the details:

Saturday March 24th - Sunday the 25th
Green Mountain Masher members - $65, non-members $75 (hint - a GMM
membership is only $15!)
The bus will have three pickup locations:
Shaw's in Colchester - departs at 6:30am
Richmond Park and Ride - departs at 7:00am
Shaw's in Waterbury - departs at 7:30am
Your ticket pays for the bus, and a Subway lunch on Saturday - you can
opt out of this and your ticket will be $5 less.

The brewery schedule for Saturday, which usually consists of a tour
and sampling:
Allagash
Bull Jagger
Maine Beer
Saturday evening we will be taken to our Hotel (Holiday Inn by the
Bay, downtown Portland), and we will be unleashed to visit any of the
great breweries and pubs in downtown Portland for dinner and drinks
that night.

Sunday we will be visiting the Flying Goose Brew Pub (NH) around
2:30pm for lunch, beers, and a tour, and then head back to VT,
dropping off at the same pick up locations.

You can purchase tickets at the Vermont Homebrew Shop, M-F 10-6, Sat

I went on the bus trip last year which stayed in Vermont and we
visited the Alchemist, Rock Art, Trapp, Hill Farmstead, and Trout
River... it was such a great day, I highly HIGHLY recommend going!
