I'm finally going to try and make a meeting, but we'll see. I'll be fresh off my weekend jaunt to Beervania (Portland OR). Anyone know any good spots I should hit?

My friends are the owners and brewers at the Coalition Brewing Co in Portland, OR. It's a new joint, less than a year old, and would be worth your time I think to see what the new kids on the block are up to out there...

I've been out there a couple times and haven't come close to hitting up most stuff.  Some places to start: Bridgeport, Hopworks, Deschutes, Bailey's.

That said, you can't swing a cat in Portland without hitting some delicious beer.

After a bit of a BREW hiatus, I'm stoked to announce that Matt Cohen, recently-departed head brewer for Magic Hat, will be coming next week to share some of his own homebrew and tell us about his upcoming project, Fiddleneck Brewing Co. (Shelburne).  Please try to come out, represent with whatever you've been working on, and look forward both to catching up!
